MEA Public Relations has two offices in the UK - London and Edinburgh. An unrivalled network of highly placed contacts in each city ensures MEA effectively positions its clients UK-wide.

The head office in Edinburgh, established in 1993, employs six PR consultants and two administrative staff, and uses freelance PR professionals for special projects and events. Before setting up MEA, Managing Director Mervyn Edgecombe spent 15 years as deputy news editor on the Daily Mail and worked as a freelance journalist on Fleet Street for daily and Sunday national newspapers, TV, radio and magazines.

His in-depth understanding of the media is core to the consultancy's approach with the media and is reflected in the skillset of MEA's PR Consultants. His network of key contacts have proved crucial - particularly when handling crisis situations.
